Vincent H. Vickers II
Vincent H. Vicker’s, II, was born 1952. He graduated from John Dickinson High School in 1970 and entered the United States Navy in 1970 till 1974; during which time he was stationed out of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Since 1987 Mr. Vickers has worked in private practice where he concentrates his practice exclusively in the area of criminal defense.
Mr. Vicker’s graduated from the University of Delaware in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude; and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude. He graduated from Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the college of William and Mary in 1983 and admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1983.
He was a Deputy Attorney General with the Department of Justice for The State of Delaware from 1983-1987.
