Vincent H. Vickers II

Vincent H. Vicker’s, II, was born 1952. He graduated from John Dickinson High School in 1970 and entered the United States Navy in 1970 till 1974; he was stationed at Pearl Harbor. From 1987 to present Mr. Vicker’s is a criminal defense attorney at a private practice, the legal practice is exclusively criminal defense.


Mr. Vicker’s graduated from the University of Delaware in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude; and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude. He graduated from Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the college of William and Mary in 1983 and admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1983.


He was Deputy Attorney of the Department of Justice, State of Delaware 1983 to 1987.
